Job Requirements

We are looking for an Senior Business Analyst for the area surrounding The Hague. As Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality designs, delivering functionality promptly, and conducting thorough testing before user acceptance. Collaborate with Project Delivery BPOs and a diverse team to prioritize tasks and deliver tailored solutions for various business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside global and regional IT Business Analysts, supply delivery teams, project managers, application architects, and information security experts to shape end-to-end processes.

Tasks:

  • You will be end-to-end responsible for providing the required functionality for Project Management in the (enterprise) applications, ensuring that users can utilize the system as intended by the Business Process Owners (BPO).
  • Your responsibilities include crafting the functional design of project management processes in the global applications.
  • Collaborating closely with Business Process Owners, you will define a roadmap for the Project Delivery domain and all solutions supporting it.
  • You will drive the design of standardized, harmonized global processes in line with best practices to prevent region-specific processes, with exceptions for local legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the configuration of designs in the system, you will provide advice to deployment teams on the correct use of the system in relation to the blueprint design.
  • You will also provide ongoing analysis of current processes against target objectives for deploying target business processes in alignment with the global ERP implementation roadmap and blueprint (IFS).
  • You are responsible for delivering high-quality designs, timely functionality, and thorough testing.
  • Taking a proactive role, you will understand the TO-BE business processes for project management, grasp business needs, and advise stakeholders on implementation.
  • You will support the definition and analysis of the AS-IS business processes for project management and facilitate AS-IS analysis sessions.
  • Lastly, you will collaborate with the information security team to ensure that business processes comply with the information security management system and privacy regulations.

  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in an international project-based or project delivery company.
  • Hold a background in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Possess a strong affinity with business applications and a robust skill set in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Have knowledge of mapping existing processes and designing process improvements towards best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand high-level software and systems.
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, serving as a vital link between business and IT.
  • Employ a process-driven approach with acute attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to haves:

  • Possess in-depth ERP knowledge and experience with ERP systems implementation.
  • Experience with IFS
